Kathy Johnson
Former president of the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), Kathy is an expert in diversity development and knows both sides of business. She has experience in strategic guidance, planning, marketing and operational support for non-profits, as well as sales and marketing experience with leading corporate brands such as Bloomingdales, Disney and Black Entertainment Television.
Kathy also has spent a significant portion of her career negotiating strategic partnerships with corporations, media and other non-profits. During her tenure at NAMIC, she launched prestigious leadership development programs for professionals of color, as well as groundbreaking research on the status of minority employment in the cable telecommunications industry.
